Božo Vidović – Owner
As great lower of ships and the sea, he has been in the nautical business more than 30 years and for the past 5 years he has been the Owner and founder of Wind Rose & Sailing company. With his knowledge and experience he improves business and works hard to provide our guests the best service. Except that he is the Owner, Božo works in the company as Captain.
Suzana Vidović Džolić – Managing director
Suzana had first contact with boats during her colleague’s time when she started to work during a season on a motor yacht with her father. After she graduated in management at University of Economics she started working in the company which has been founded by her father Božo. So, since the beginning she has been a part of this company. As a person who had direct contact with guests on board she understood very well the charter business and how it should be run to make guests satisfied and provide them unforgettable sailing experience.
Marko Džolić – Captain / Base manager
Marko started his nautical career very young trough season jobs as sailor on boats. He graduated in Maritime school. After few years he become a Captain and since then he has been working as Captain on Gullets. In the company Wind Rose & Sailing Marko is Captain on Gullet ‘’Maske’’ last 3 years. With impeccable effort and work Marko is very loved by the guests. He has 15 years of work experience on the ships.
Doris Leutar – Booking manager
Born and raised in Kaštela, she has been near the sea whole her life. Doris finished Maritime management at University of Split in 2017. After that she joined to the Wind Rose & Sailing team as Booking manager. As a very communicative and creative person, she will present you all the benefits of cruising and charter. As a person who is in direct contact with the guests for the last few year’s she perfectly understands all Client’s needs and desires.
